What is a technical inspection and when is it required?
The purpose of a technical inspection is to determine whether the vehicle complies with road safety and environmental protection regulations. During the inspection, among other things, the braking system, suspension, lighting and signalling equipment, as well as the general technical condition of the vehicle are checked.
In the case of passenger cars registered in Hungary, the first technical inspection is generally due in the fourth year after the first registration, and after that it must be renewed every two years. In the case of certain vehicle categories, the validity period of the inspection may differ, so it is worth checking the date of the next inspection in time.
A vehicle with an expired technical inspection may not legally participate in road traffic, so it is recommended to plan the inspection date in advance and, if necessary, have the technical condition of the vehicle checked.
You can be confident at the technical inspection!
For the Szabó family, the satisfaction of their customers and the safety of their vehicles are especially important. That is why, before every technical inspection, they provide the opportunity for a preliminary technical condition assessment, during which their specialists inspect the vehicle and draw attention to any possible faults or deficiencies. Thanks to this, unpleasant surprises can be avoided, and the chances of a successful technical inspection can be significantly increased.
Their goal is to ensure that their customers do not spend time and money unnecessarily, which is why they always provide correct information about the condition of the vehicle. With more than 30 years of professional experience behind them, they guarantee that every vehicle is treated with the same care as if it were their own. For them, quality, reliability and customer-focused service come first.
Would you like to wait on-site during the technical inspection?
